Not very strange actually.
When launching a space shuttle,you cannot let the rocket develop an acceleration higher than what the human body can endure,or otherwise the astronauts's bodies will be damaged.
while in case of a flea ,the insect's body is far more sturdy compared to it's mass.
This the case of nearly all insects whose bodies are enclosed in a chitin exoskeleton which gives the insect a very strong body.
